Portrait of artist Ashlee Zlatna

(b. 1992)

Ashlee is a serbo-american object poet who grew up in California. A part of the Yugoslavian diaspora, she explores themes of mother-line, lands, and “holy origin”. Using fiber, text, and performance, her hope is to guide people to enter their own inner landscapes and explore and heal cultural holds on personal narrative & believes we can only do this collectively.
